When planning a small office relocation, one of the first questions asked is often: “Will it all fit in one van?”

With my van, a Vauxhall Vivaro, the answer is usually “Yes”, provided the move is planned and loaded properly.

This van is ideal for small commercial offices, serviced office spaces, and branch relocations. It will typically accommodates the contents of a 4–6 person office, safely and securely.

• Drawer pedestals and low storage units

• Desktop computers, monitors, and printers, all padded and protected

• Archive boxes, files, and personal desk contents

• Whiteboards, notice boards, coat stands, and small kitchen items

Heavy furniture is loaded against the van’s bulkhead, furniture travels flat or upright to maximise space, and IT equipment is isolated and secured to prevent movement in transit. Everything is blanket-wrapped, strapped, and handled with care.
